About lifecalendar

lifecalendar is an iPhone app for recording everyday moments in short text. You don't need to write long entries like a journal, and it's not something you share with others like social media. It's a personal timeline — a place to accumulate your actions and thoughts, day by day.

As your records build up, you start to see what you actually do. Not what you planned to do, but what happened. Patterns emerge that you wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

Keeping a journal is hard. You don't know what to write. By the end of the day, you've forgotten the details. lifecalendar replaces that with a simpler act: write one line, right when it happens. That's enough.

You type a short entry to record a moment. One line or a few — it's up to you. You can attach a photo. You can organize entries into categories, or not. Everything appears in a timeline you can scroll back through anytime.

All of your journal data is stored only on this device. Your entries are never sent to an external server. We at lifeschool have no way to access your data. If you delete the app, all data is permanently erased.

Separately from your journal content, we plan to introduce anonymous usage statistics in a future version to help improve the App. Your journal entries will never be included. When introduced, you will be notified and can turn it off anytime in Settings.

You can also optionally send us feedback from within the app (via Tally.so, EU). Submitting feedback is entirely voluntary; journal content is never sent automatically. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We are considering future features such as iCloud sync across devices and AI-powered reflections. None of these will activate unless you explicitly enable them. If the way we handle data changes, we will let you know in advance.
